Chelsea L. Cruickshank
Chelsea Cruickshank is a civil litigator who represents individuals and businesses in complex, high-stakes disputes. Her practice includes trust and estates litigation, business torts, personal injury, and real property matters. She brings a strategic and client-focused approach to every matter, combining thorough preparation with practical and results-driven advocacy
Chelsea earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she completed the TechEdge Program. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Santa Clara Law Review and participated in the Honors Moot Court Program. She also received awards for earning the highest grade in her Legal Research and Writing courses. Chelsea holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Before entering the legal profession, Chelsea built a successful career in enterprise SaaS sales, which sparked her interest in helping business clients navigate complex legal challenges. She was admitted to the California Bar in May 2025. Chelsea is committed to delivering results through clear communication, diligent preparation, and a deep understanding of her clients’ goals.
Outside of her legal practice, Chelsea enjoys gardening with her family in San Jose, spending time with her adopted cat Buffy, and starting her mornings with Pilates.
